How to Return Your BearHug

Step 2: Ship It Back
Pack your BearHug securely in its original packaging. We'll provide you with return instructions and a return address.

Step 3: Get Your Refund
Once we receive your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email when your refund is issued.

Exchanges

Want to exchange your BearHug for a different color or product? We're happy to help!

Contact us at Support@WearBearHug.com and let us know what you'd like to exchange. We'll arrange for your new item to be shipped once we receive your return.

Exchange Process:

Damaged or Defective Items

If your BearHug arrives damaged or defective, we'll make it right immediately!

What to do:

  • Contact us at Support@WearBearHug.com within 7 days of delivery
  • Include photos of the damage or defect
  • We'll send a replacement right away at no cost to you
  • No need to return the damaged item unless we request it

We take full responsibility for any manufacturing defects or shipping damage.

Return Shipping Costs

Standard Returns: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error.

Defective/Damaged Items: We cover all return shipping costs. We'll provide a prepaid return label.

Wrong Item Sent: We cover all return shipping costs and expedite your replacement.

Refund Processing

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return.

Your refund will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase. Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card company.
